Work has spanned global corporations, startups, and entrepreneurial ventures, with a focus on strategic direction, financial structuring, capital raising, partnerships, and business transformation.
Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer for Sakina M’sa – Trevo, supporting both the M/SA brand and Fashion Refactory, the group’s circular fashion and upcycling project. Also Cofounder, Chief Business Officer, and Board Director of Wespran, a French deep biotech company developing biomimetic technology to convert industrial CO₂ emissions into valuable chemicals such as green methanol. In parallel, leads Sarodyn, an independent advisory firm supporting leaders and companies on strategy, financing, growth, governance, and execution across science, technology, industry, decarbonization, fashion, and luxury.
Core areas of focus include M&A, capital allocation, fundraising, investor readiness, business models, strategic partnerships, performance steering, and long-term value creation.
