DSM is founded by Delphine Sicard Malafosse in 2015. She started to work for CHANEL as Graphic Designer / Creative Copywriter. After that, she has been hired as Freelance Art Director by Publicis et Nous in part-time. Thanks to this opportunity, she decided to commit herself fully to her Art Director freelance activity since. Today, she like to work on projects from stem to stern, from conception to final deliverables.

Delphine Et Moi is founded by two Art Directors: Amandine Mane and Delphine Sicard Malafosse. The creative duo, work together to create brand content (films & images) within fashion, beauty, music, and lifestyle topics. Delphine Et Moi is also a network of creative people that love work together: illustrators, graphic designers, video makers, photographers, hairdressers, makeup artists, stylists, designers, producers.
