Re-Shaping Retail France / USA
Premiere cross Atlantic live talk !
June 3rd at 12pm NY time / 18h Paris time
This conference will aim at exploring today’s fashion and luxury challenges to re-engage with customers while retail is re-shaping.
Reason why ? For a year we have been thinking of what would be the future of our lifes. After a year the re-opening is real.
More than ever the Fashion Luxury community is about to enter this new era that we have been expecting for a long time - We Felt the need to have real time testimonials and recommendations.
We all know that Covid 19 has reset the retail game, but long before the pandemic, luxury and retail were already undergoing a major transformation. Millenials and Gen Z will account for 60% of the luxury consumers by 2026. This transformation means updating sales and marketing strategies to not only provide direct brand-consumer connection, but also clearly convey the initiatives, services, and products created with a new consumer in mind.
As the situations are still very different in Europe and US, we invited both experts from France and US to answer two key questions : Why would consumers go back to store and how to re-engage with customers ?
