Anoushka, Fashion desire
Save the Date !
Wenesday 28th June, we are delighted to invite you to an exceptional meeting with Anouschka, founder of the fashion consultancy agency specialising in the style of the 1920s to 1980s. Anoushka will share with us her experience and her unique approach, creative, entrepreneurial and visionary.
With Farid Chenoune, historian and professor, we will understand how the story Anouschka has started, which key moments can be enlighted and how the presence of key silhouettes can help us to explore Anoushka's unique approach and work.
Wha'ts the secret of these key fashion pieces . How do they transform themselves to become art pieces rather fashion pieces ?
Stylistic circularity, stylistic recurrence can be de-constructed. How fashion icons from the 80' and the 90' can look younger and younger season after season ?
We will also discuss the notion of curation, which is completely different from the Anoushka perspective compare to Museum approach.
Throught regular relationships with designers and studios, fashion conversations happen around the colours of the fabrics, the attitude suggested by the pants or the shoes.
Sometimes even about a very tiny and subtile detail can be responsible for a brand new idea to start and aspecific vision for the collection to come.
Sometimes Fashion Desire starts with a treasure hunt + a scientific investigation and directly lead to Fashion for real !
Our meeting will be followed by a cocktail !

Anouschka
Right from the start of her modelling experience, Anouschka began to cultivate a taste for important fashion pieces. Since then, she has built up a reference collection of clothes and accessories from recent fashion history. Initially made up of strong pieces from the 1920s to the 1980s, the collections have been extended to more recent choices, and are the subject of reasoned as well as intuitive selections. Access to the catalogues enables fashion houses, studios and designers to develop their references in the presence of actual pieces.
